25th June last been on board a Piratical book which attackein and callured a junk styled Jun- -bon-Lee, when off Tronton. Turen chinese had met their death at

seriously burnt by stick - hots, and were afterward treated in our Civil

The evidence went to prove that the Convict had taken a ver

active part in the attack, and was

officially an object of mark in held his sword in his left hand, his right hand having been disabled by, what subsequently appeared, old shot wound. And this fact proved a material point in the evidence, inasmuch as, though feebly disputed by the Counsel
